Throughout the day, children will take part in a range of hands-on, child-led activities such as den building, nature cra …morefts, tool use (age-appropriate), fire lighting demonstrations, and woodland scavenger hunts. These activities encourage exploration, creativity, and a deeper connection with the natural world. The camp is structured to support both individual growth and teamwork. Children will be encouraged to take safe risks, solve problems, and collaborate with others, helping to build resilience, independence, and strong social skills. Our experienced Forest School leaders create a supportive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to learn at their own pace. We also offer extended day options for families who need greater flexibility. Children attending the early drop-off session can ease into the day with calm, quiet activities such as drawing, reading, or simple nature-based crafts. At the end of the day, those staying for later collection will enjoy supervised but unstructured free time, giving them the opportunity to explore, play, and create freely within the Forest School setting. Places are very limited and we are unable to increase capacity, so early booking is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. less
